I became a full-time resident of 2700 North Ocean after living in Wellington, Florida since 1999.
I moved here to be on the beach.

The decision to choose 2700 North Ocean as opposed to the other beachfront properties was easy:
  1. This is the only building with unobstructed views of the inlet, the Palm Beach oceanfront and The Breakers Hotel.
  2. The incredible resort amenities and my favorite the beachside lagoon pool.
  3. Sophisticated interior design in the lobbies and social rooms that combine South Beach Deco with an Urban feeling.
  4. Lower homeowner’s fees, as the responsibilities are shared with 242 other residents.  This I found is about half the cost of most other oceanfront residences.

Finally, one of the best parts of living here are the neighbors. The ages range from 40 to 75. Most still work as professionals, this is not a retirement community. Many have other homes the northeast U.S. and Canada and are the kind of people who have great respect for their neighbors.
